Many of our youth have no plans for their future. It becomes too easy to drift from high school to a dead end job to no job at all. Not only has Peoria, IL been listed as one of the worst places for African Americans to live, it has also been reported that African Americans (on average) make less than half the income of their white counterparts.*

This does NOT have to be the case!!! We have a facility where you can train to learn a trade. In 2020 there were an estimated 31 million vacant positions due to retirements and 74% of firms reporting a need for skilled trade workers.*
